Finance & Accounts
We provide comprehensive portfolio performance reports regularly reviewing performance with our clients to maintain strong returns and a focus on our customers’ objectives.
Our qualified staff oversee financial health through real time reporting and robust cash flow management, by aggregating third party suppliers and utilising self-delivery and in house expertise to maximise values and minimise expenditure.
Clients receive monthly income and expenditure statements, quarterly performance reports as well as annual accounts that can be easily incorporated into corporate accounts and reports, tax returns and portfolio management accounts. Records can be available for inspection by clients, their advisors and auditors.
Pinnacle Places are members of a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme which incorporates Client Money Protection. We hold both deposits and client money in accordance with statutory requirements.
Asset Management & Technical Services
We maximise yield returns for our clients and we advise them on performance and trends in relation to income, expenditure, arrears and voids as standard. This allow full oversight by our clients of their properties’ performance. This has to be delivered whilst optimising capital expenditure to preserve and enhance capital values.
As part of our holistic asset management approach, our in-house qualified technical services team provide life cycle modelling, planned and cyclical maintenance schedules, statutory compliance and legislative reporting.
We undertake stock condition analysis, project both manage minor and major works, as well as provide advice on property refresh and furniture procurement for the best rental returns.
